- Workers Compensation Medicare Set-aside Arrangements (WCMSAs) | Under the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), those filing for Workers' Compensation must be aware of their responsibilities to protect the interests of Medicare as cases come to their conclusion. This may include any and all future medical expenses. In order to protect Medicare's interests, a Workers' Compensation Medicare Set-aside Arrangement (WMCSA) must be put in place, which will be used for those medical expenses in the future.
