No. The Virginia Workers’ Compensation does not provide different benefits depending on your handedness. An arm is worth 200 weeks of Compensation regardless if it your right or left arm. Depending on the severity of the injury, and your ability to return to perform your pre-injury work, you might qualify for vocational rehabilitation.
