I received an estimate that it will cost $6,000.00 for the property damage to my car. Will you help me get my car fixed, and do I have to pay 1/3 to you as attorney’s fees for doing that?

No. We will help you get your car repaired, but if we charged you a fee of 1/3, you wouldn’t have enough money to pay for the repair. That’s not fair to you, and so we help you with the property damage as it is the right thing to do.
Should the issue of your property damage wind up being taken to court, we would be asking for a fee in connection with any verdict or award.
