How much do you charge to handle a personal injury claim?

Our fee is a straight one third contingency plus costs. The 33 1/3% attorney’s fee never increases during your claim. Many law firms increase the attorney’s fees based on the length of time your case is open; whether a lawsuit is filed; and whether the case goes to mediation, arbitration, or trial. Our attorney’s fees are 1/3, and never increase. As we are trial lawyers, our fee agreement does not include the cost of appeal. We will represent you through trial, mediation, or arbitration, but any appellate work will need to be handled separately.
