New Virginia Guidelines regarding Looking for "light Duty" work
Every now and again the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission provides us with information that is useful to injured workers. Here is one example of information which the Virignia Workers’ COmpensation Commission put on their website about how one should go about looking for “light duty” work. If you have been released to “light duty”, and are not under an open award, then these new guidelines likely apply to you. After reading them, should you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (703) 955-4007 marketingguidelinesrevised93008
