Virginia Claim for benefits

Regardless of whether you are receiving Virginia Workers’ Compensation Benefits, you need to file a claim within 2 years of your accident. The sooner you file your claim, the better. You can file your claim electronically by going to the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Web Site, or you can file by mail. It is not difficult to file a claim, but it is a neccessary step in claiming for Virginia Workers’ Compensation Benefits.
